DIRECTOR, CHARTERED BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER


Vinh is an accomplished chartered engineer in building services (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection. He has more than sixteen years of experience in the construction industry.

Vinh has led a collection of prominent projects within Victoria. These projects are currently trailblazing the architectural landscape of Melbourne.

Vinh is an engaging, bold and determined individual. He has a passion for his client’s success and is driven by outstanding results.

Over the years, he has combined his technical abilities with solid interpersonal and communication skills to deliver successful projects.

FUN FACTS:
During his spare time, Vinh loves spending time with his wife and three children. He is also a big fan of the North Melbourne Kangaroos.

He is an active mentor to the younger generation and believes that giving back makes the world a better place.

JOEL VOIGT

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER


Joel has a diverse project portfolio of both project-leading and mechanical engineering experience in various market sectors including commercial, healthcare, residential, retail, aged-care, food & beverage and mixed-use.

Joel has led projects in both fit-out and base building spaces, which consists of St Kilda Retirement Seniors Living Centre, Dandenong Plaza Refurbishment, 477 Collins Street Fit-out, White + Wong’s Sydney, Epworth Eastern IVF Tenancy (Newlife IVF).

Joel has a commitment to delivering successful projects across all disciplines by ensuring collaboration with clients and the project team. He brings a high standard of excellence in both interpersonal and technical abilities, from project initiation to completion.

FUN FACTS:
Joel loves spending time with family and friends over a meal. He enjoys volunteering and directs a 5-day kids camp for Southern Cross Kids Camp at Endeavour Hills during his spare time.

He enjoys time outdoors and believes that a healthy lifestyle benefits both the individual and the wider community.

DENNY OOI

SENIOR MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER


Denny has more than 30 years’ experience working in the Building Services industry in Victoria and aboard in Malaysia and California, USA. He is a registered Professional Engineers with the Business Licensing Authority (BLA). Denny is always willing to extend a helping hand to his client to achieve their goals. He goes above and beyond with his enthusiasm to provide outstanding service to his clients, while exceeding their expectations.  

He has exposure in a wide range of sectors, and his responsibilities have included design engineering, project leadership, technical training, condition audits and report writing. He is specialised in the field of Building Services in Mechanical Engineering and Facility Management.

FUN FACTS:
Denny enjoys gardening, he has a love for the cultivation of chili plants. But despite his best efforts, the winter gets the best of the plants, and even still he doesn’t give up.   

He loves the great outdoors and enjoys walking around in his neighbourhood where there are parks a plenty. It’s always a good feeling to enjoy the gentle breeze during the cooler seasons.

ANNE TRUONG

SENIOR LIGHTING DESIGNER


Anne is a seasoned Senior Lighting Designer with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in architectural lighting projects. Notable contributions include landmark structures like the Melbourne Town Hall, PLC, Melbourne and Hobart Airports, and the Penguin Parade Visitor Centre. With a strong blend of technical expertise and creative vision, she navigates the intricate balance between compliance and aesthetics, serving as a crucial liaison between architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors.

Anne meticulously oversees every phase of the lighting design process, employing cutting-edge technologies and industry standards to ensure exceptional outcomes. Recognised for effective communication, leadership, and mentorship, she thrives in dynamic environments, driving teams towards shared goals and exceeding client expectations. With an unwavering commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation Anne is dedicated to shaping environments that evoke emotion and enhance human experiences. FUN FACTS:
Anne enjoys video game development and art in her spare time, creating interesting interactive projects as well as native bird portraits of birds that visit her garden. She has recently completed a web-based cycling game dodging cars and is hoping to create yet another cycling game dodging magpies.

LIONEL LIM

SENIOR HYDRAULIC & FIRE PROJECT ENGINEER


Lionel brings a pro-active and thorough approach to the project, backed with strong technical and commercial skills gained during 14 years’ experience within both design consultancy and principal contractor based working environments. Lionel’s project experience reaches across many sectors including aged care, high end residential, health complexes, education facilities and large scale retail. He has been responsible for the design, documentation and delivery of hydraulic and fire protection systems. Lionel prides himself on proactive, interpersonal, and technical approach to problem solving and enjoys understanding building projects in their entirety. 

 Lionel brings strong leadership, technical and troubleshooting skills, and solid project design and management experience. He is results orientated and client focused, with confident interpersonal skills to push the wider design coordination elements of a project.

FUN FACTS:
Lionel enjoys being with nature and outdoor therefore does hiking and cycling occasionally.

He organises social futsal match weekly and believes effective teamwork and leadership can help achieve goals in any organization.

UDAYA KARUNARATNE

SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER


Udaya is a seasoned electrical engineer, with more than two decades of experience in the industry. During this time, he has worked on numerous faucets of engineering in his field, some examples being, lighting, communications, security systems, power distribution systems, generations systems and many more throughout his extensive project repertoire.

A notable example being, Victorian comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC), which stands as one of his favorites among the many he has completed.

Udaya is also passionate in sharing his knowledge, having taken part in mentorship of young engineers in the past. Believing the merit in sharing and helping his peers.

Achieving success to Udaya is more than individual skill. Hence, he is committed to building strong professional relationships with is colleagues and clients. In sharing his eccentric and outgoing personality with others, Udaya aims to provide the best results for any project while enjoying the process along the way.

FUN FACTS:
Udaya enjoys gardening and has a developing garden with vegetables, fruits, and flowers.

He also loves anything paranormal, from UFOs to Ghosts, he is always on the look out to investigate further

TRINH BUI

SENIOR HYDRAULIC & FIRE ENGINEER


Trinh is an experienced hydraulic and fire engineer with many years of experience in designing and documenting hydraulic and fire protection systems. She has demonstrated history of working in a wide range of sectors including residential, mixed use, aged care, education facilities, fit-outs, retails, food & beverage, hotel and accommodation. She is proficient in Revit and AutoCAD documentation and is a team player.

Trinh loves sharing her knowledge and technical expertise with her teammates, colleagues, and provide guidance to juniors.

FUN FACTS:
Trinh loves reading books including romance novels and manga, watching cartoons and spending times with family and close friends. Trinh also enjoys being on short trips with close friends and family members.

JASON UNG

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER


Jason has more than 10 years’ combined experience working in both ESD and Building Services industry in Victoria. He is a registered Professional Engineers with the Business Licensing Authority (BLA). Along his years of experience, he has worked in various sectors including residential, commercial, mixed use, education facilities, public buildings, pharmaceutical, hotel, student accommodations and fit-outs. 

Jason is always keen to make additional efforts to ensure client’s aspirations can be achieved as well as providing great client satisfaction. He has exposure in the ESD field which gives him an edge in providing a sustainable and cost-effective design to deliver the best outcome.

FUN FACTS:

Jason is passionate on hunting good food and coffee everywhere he goes and enjoys cooking as well. Jason also enjoys different sports activities including badminton, table tennis and basketball.
